Sara Kay Godot (Formerly Sara Kay Snider) has been active in the Chicago wine industry for the last seven years.

She has recently spread her wings to become the Market developer and wine education specialist for Bird Rock Imports. They are the leading importer for South West French wines in the US market.

Sara Kay holds certifications from both the International Sommelier Guild and Court of Master Sommeliers. She also owns WineSoaked, a consultation firm that specializes in recreational & professional wine education, cellar management, wine list development, & restaurant/ cellar design.

Sara Kay is the former cellar manager for Eno wine room in The Intercontental Chicago, & And the wine director for WineStyles South Loop.

Sara Kay also holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts from New World School of the Arts. It is her goal to make good wine accessible and desirable to every market.
